By using this store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and not interfere with its security or operation.

We try to describe products, images, ingredients, quantities, availability, and prices accurately. Natural and small-batch products may have reasonable variation. Product information is not medical advice.

Submitting checkout creates an order request. AWAN will contact you to confirm stock, delivery, any delivery fee, and payment. A sale is accepted when those details are confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, delivery, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions make fulfilment impractical; any money already received for a cancelled order will be returned.

Store prices are shown in Uganda shillings unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are confirmed during follow-up and are not included where checkout shows delivery coordination at zero cost. Payment is handled using the method agreed with an AWAN team member; the website does not currently collect card or mobile-money credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AWAN is not responsible for indirect loss or for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control. Our responsibility for a product order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
