Shipping policy

Submitting an order reserves the requested items but does not collect an online payment. An AWAN team member will contact you using the phone number or email supplied at checkout to confirm stock, the delivery address, the delivery charge, and the payment arrangement.

We coordinate delivery within Uganda. Timing and cost depend on the destination, parcel size, and available courier. We will give you the delivery estimate and fee before asking you to confirm payment.

Orders are not dispatched until the order details and payment arrangement have been confirmed. Delays caused by an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, weather, traffic, or a third-party carrier may be outside our control, but we will help investigate them.

Provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery location. Check the parcel on receipt and report damage, missing items, or an incorrect item promptly through our contact page.
